I wouldn’t recommend calling in to speak with the billing representative I dealt with. I was genuinely confused about my medical bill and simply needed someone to walk me through it. Instead, the conversation felt very snippy and inconsiderate. When someone is already stressed and confused over billing, a little patience and kindness can go a long way. Unfortunately, I left the call feeling discouraged rather than helped. 5/4/26

Very friendly staff, and great service, wife had to have surgery procedure done.
