I had a procedure at the dermatology clinic which was fine. But I have a billing issue. The billing people told me that they'd have the clinic manager call me; I've been waiting a month. I called the clinic and they said they'd have the clinic manager call me, I've been waiting a week. I think they just want me to pay and not ask questions. It's not great patient service.
April Kolb was the worst doctor we've had. She charged fees that had previously been covered under insurance for annual exams. Her manager was also unhelpful. April also wouldn't listen to concerns and would send for repeat tests that didn't help instead of finding other solutions.
I prefer the Iowa clinic. However I hope I never end up at the this location again. Had a scheduled appointment, and the doctor were here to see has had people come back to see him that showed up AFTER us. Clearly no respect for time or other people’s schedules.
Great service. Friendly staff, nurse and doctor both listen to me for a change. I was on the dermatology side and would recommend them to anybody.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Sutton. Have always felt he really cares and listens when I see him.
