Dealer contacted me right away and was helpful. I have not purchased yet as I’m comparing several vehicles.

Steve was great at replying to email questions Sadly he emailed asking if I was still interested, I replied yes within 5 minutes He replied that the car was sold???? sad and confusing ending
They did return contact. The car had an issue when we stopped to take a look at it. We were told that it would be fixed and we'd be the first people to know about it. Waiting for 2 weeks and no word until 4- 18 that one of their employees bought the car. Will not consider them for future purchases.
Contacted me almost more than required! Very good communication - vehicle just wasn't right for me.
This company is a joke. I sent them an email requesting specific information and I recieved an auto generated email. I responded back to that requesting the information again.... NOTHING. Then 3 days later I received an email (probably auto generated) that the vehicle I was looking at had sold. This company calls themselves "The Internet Car Lot" but, based on my experience, they dont know jack about communicating or selling over the internet. They dont even deserve one star.
