Very professional helpful courteous.
Although we did not come to an agreement on the price of the car, they are a very professional organization.
Car looked decent on the outside other than loose bolts laying on the deck under the windshield wipers. Was so dirty and grimy inside I almost did not get in, did not want to touch anything, but drove it about half a block, made strange noise when turning and looked like parts were missing or not put together right when looking under the hood. Would never look at any car at this dealership again.
Bought this f150 body control module went out 3 days later refused to reimburse any of the $1500 to fix it. ABSOLUTELY do not recommend!
they sent a car report because I asked about the accident reported on the car, but the report didnt tell or open about damage, noted on outside that it was extensive, but then I contacted and told them that the report did not open so I got no real infor, and they never replied back or attempted to resend the report so not going to look at car.
I was contacted within fifteen minutes. They were upfront and answered my questions. We are probably not going to purchase this vehicle, but maybe in the future we will buy from this dealer.
Always followed up.
Wyatt was our sales person. We didn't buy the car we went to look at but he showed us several cars and we were able to find a car that we liked. He was very patient with us even when he had other customers.
