It was nice. I talked to the dealership and got a rough idea on stuff, but the only thing I wish was that I could email the owner of I wanted.

This was a consignment car, and not on the lot. The asking price was ridiculously high! I made a fair offer, and after several days the dealer provided a counter offer, also way too high! This was a total waste of time! I ended up buying a Mercedes, 10 years newer, for much less money. If you don't really want to sell a car, then DON'T put it for sale online!
They do not negotiate prices and accidentally credited my CC account instead of debiting, but they have a lot of great people working there and they are all pretty straight shooters. They even laughed at my jokes. I would buy again from them.
They worked super hard and made me feel comfortable while I wanted on paper work
I emailed them asking about the accident report on a vehicle and I got a response which was a basic computer generated response asking if I had any questions. I replied with my question and never heard a response. Very frustrating.
