I’ve been using these guys for over 10 years now and never had an issue. They show up on time. Chris answers my calls after hours and on weekends. They installed and manage all of my home electronics from my TVs to my Control4 system.
We had Houston Custom Installers update all of our home automation equipment, cameras, and complete over haul of our home theater. We are very pleased we the Control4 system! It controls everything in the house and they only replaced what needed to be replaced so they saved us a ton of money.
I have used HCI for several years now. I just had them out again to do some minor speaker replacement and to troubleshoot an issue with one of my Control4 systems. Both Chris and Troy went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of. I have referred friends to HCI and will continue to do so. Great work.
Chris and his team have been working with me for the last 5 years to assist with my home automation goals of my home media system. Its a very complex and integrated system and the work was done remotely. I appreciate their level of dedication and commitment. They are truly passionate about what they do.
I looked around and received several quotes for installing our large screen TVs on a brick and marble walls. Many installers either gave us extremely high quotes or simply declined the job. However, we eventually came across Houston Custom Installers. They did a amazing job. Despite the heavy mount and the size of the 85" TV, the installation went smoothly and is sturdy enough to hold 10 TV's. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of drilling or any work being done. I would highly recommend these guys.
