So thankful we have found Insight. It has truly been a blessing for our family.
excellent program that helped me obtain 6 months sober (and counting) i would suggest to any parent or addict struggling and willing to get help. huge w imo
While it helped temporarily, they have concerning practices. The so called “counselors” are smoking with the kids, parents are encouraged to be hands off and let natural consequences guide youth. There are other things going on that I will not list here but are problematic. Your child will start vaping and doing other things. I would recommend other 12 step and IOP programs.
The Insight Program was exactly what I needed. I came into the intensive outpatient program after being referred from an inpatient I attended in Georgia when I was 17 years old. I did 13 weeks of IOP and then stayed in their support group for 1 1/2 years. This program taught me how to be sober and live a sober lifestyle in a way that I could understand and relate to.
