If your coming to the area this is the best place to stay. Great views, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, plus they grow a lot of their own greens. We enjoyed our anniversary here, private dinner with excellent food and wine, private movie in their theater and fun adventures close by. thanks for a memory maker anniversary
RecommendedExperienced this inn on our honeymoon, quiet, relaxed, professional, unbelievable views of the sound from our room, Windows and doors open even in February, breakfast and dinner on site was awesome! Experiencing Outer Banks for the first time with my wife priceless! The staff was knowledgeable of the area as well as being attentive to our needs when needed, definitely we will return!!!
This Inn is truly unbelievable!! From the moment you check in you're treated like a special guest!! Coffee, homemade muffins at least twice a day and snacks in your room for the midnight munchers! Plus the free breakfast, like the "Buxton Hash" and omelette, were sinfully delicious!! Atmosphere and food at dinner was spectacular as well!! Will definitely go back!!!

My husband and I (along with our son) had a wonderful time at your facility. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was A+. On our last day, we met the owner, Steve...Great guy...Thank you for welcoming my family with open arms.
If I was looking up the word "pampered" in the dictionary, I believe at some point, one of the definitions would read, "The Inn on the Pamlico Sound". Steve and his staff have thought of everything including an electric charging station for Tesla Automobiles. Dining is superb; they grow there own vegetables and seasonings. And last, the setting and the view is spectacular yet tranquil.
