Very disappointed in my experience here. I just stayed here for a work trip and when I walked into my room for the first time I was hit with a strong cigarette smoke smell. The whole room smelt like an ash tray. I went to the front desk to see what could be done. And without even looking I was told there is no rooms available and nothing they could do. My bags smelt like cigarettes the next day. Very disappointing for a place that is supposed to be this “nice”
It was a fabulous resort. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Drinks by Johnny B in the bar (pear martini) were OUTSTANDING!!
