I took my son to the Injury Centre for a second opinion after getting injured while playing school rugby.It was a last minute booking and they were great.Polite,helpful & fully explained the costs ,to get a referral from the GP so it will be bulk billed,what to bring etc. When we arrived the receptionist were lovely & helpful as was the Dr we saw. He was very thorough and informative with my son and I about his injury and what to do moving forward. I would definately recommend them.
After being misdiagnosed by Westmead hospital and having a Quadricep tendon tear overlooked on a MRI by several people, Lasanga Kannangara was the first one taking me serious and finding out what is going on with my leg. And actually the first one seeing the issue on the MRI. Everyone at the Norwest Injury centre was highly professional and emphatic! I’m truly thankful for your treatment which helped me with a proper outcome. I’d always go back to them with any issues! Thank you!!!
I wish there are other injury centre in the Bella vista area, I came to get my daughter’s fractured finger looked at. We were there 10 mins before my appointment with the specialist and I still had to wait almost 50 mins before anyone attended. Such a waste of time and no one even bother to tell us there is a long wait. Absolutely inconsiderate of people’s time
Had a wonderful experience this afternoon at The Injury Clinic. We walked in quite late in the afternoon and they managed to fit us in. Vicki at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you so much!
Very rude orthropedic doctor there, absolutely insane how rude they were, disgusting behavior and bluntly arrogant
