I do not think I have the proper words for how life saving Katie is! I have seen many therapists before and Katie has given me the tools to regain control of my life. OCD used to rule me but with Katie I have started living my life to the fullest even with OCD! Each session is tailored to me and what is going on in my world. She challenges me in ways I didn’t know possible, but the growth is worth it! Katie is truly one of kind and I would recommend her to anyone struggling with their mental health!

Her skills in helping individuals navigating OCD and anxiety are unparalleled as she truly knows how to meet her clients where they're at in therapy. Katie is incredibly down-to-earth and compassionate, but also very insightful, and helps you really get to the root of what’s going on. She's super knowledgeable about mental health, especially anxiety, OCD, and relationship issues. If you’re looking for a thoughtful therapist in St. Petersburg, she’s wonderful. I can’t recommend Katie enough!
