I love the girls at The Image. Jen did my foils and haircut. It turned out awsome. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The salon was clean and the shampoo girl did a good shampoo for me. THANKS JEN I'LL BE BACK!
I had the best experience from the time I walked in the salon to the time I walked out. The front desk greeted me and asked me if I would like something to drink. The shampoo lady gave me a great head massage when she was shampooing me. Chrisy cut my hair and the haircut was great. She listened to me and did exactly what i wanted. I found that the whole staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend The Image.
I have been coming to The Image for 6 years and I love it! Schatzi does my hair; she always makes sure I look fantastic when I leave and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. The shampoo techs are so friendly and they give mini shoulder and head rubs--it feels amazing! The staff at the front desk greets you as soon as you walk in the door, and they normally have fresh water and lemonade pitchers for you if you have to wait for your stylist or if you're getting your hair processed. The Image is easily one of the dirtiest salons I have ever been in. From the actual appearance of the salon down to the people who work there. The floors and the bathroom look like they are NEVER cleaned. There were dirty smocks hanging in the bathroom, toilet paper was hanging outside of the trashcan, and there were unGodly stains in the botton of the toilet! I was absolutely disgusted!
