The short version is Ikem was the most patient and supportive advocate throughout my four year journey to homeownership and did everything from help me weed out listings, set appointments, accompany me on walkthroughs, assess market comps, and hold my hand throughout the entire escrow process (including inspections, procuring insurance, and loan approval).
