About this business
Greg restored the two bedroom upstairs apartment back to the original 1890 style and used the main floor as a work area. In 2006 Greg and Edie started working full time on restoring the main floor and building the restaurant. All the wood trim is either original or replicated out of mostly reclaimed materials to match the original trim that had been saved. What can I say about this place, but, they knock breakfast out of the park!!! Also, their lunch ain't half bad, either. As a guy raised in the south I believe that I know (at the very least) what a proper barbeque sandwich is (and tastes like) and might I say, that both the bbq pork (and bbq chicken sandwiches) served at this fine establishment are both shining examples about what I'm envisioning here. If FB still let me rate stuff I'd say 10 stars out of 5, but, I can't so I'll just stand by my previous statement and praise... read more
