My experience was and is excellent! In 6 months I am down 70 pounds and a total of 56 inches. I didn’t find it difficult to follow the plan mostly because I used the Ideal You cookbook that I purchased from them. Many of the foods in the recipes are foods that I was already eating but with the Ideal You knowledge of how to cook them in a healthier way. The snacks that I purchased thru them helped get me thru the day. They totally fulfilled my sweet and crunchy cravings.
This has been amazing experience! Barb, Kim and Kathy at the Tonawanda Location have been nothing instrumental in my success!
From the minute you decide to start losing weight at Ideal You the ladies at this location are absolutely amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable, and right there with you every step of the way. Thank you Katie, Barb, Kim, Kathy, Christina, & Donna for helping me through my weight loss journey and becoming a healthy me. I highly recommend you talk to these ladies if you’re serious about losing weight and changing your lifestyle. You wont regret it.
I can't say enough about about this program and all the staff at the Tonawanda location. Although initially it was quite a challenge for me to cut out some of the things that had been part of my diet for many years, with the encouragement of my coach Kim I have been losing weight weekly and find it easy to stay on track. The food is good and the variety makes it easy to keep from becoming bored with it. I have no regrets at all about joining Ideal You for my weight loss journey!
