Being a very picky eater, coach Linda is very helpful with suggestions and keeping me on track. Very resourceful and friendly.
I have been coming to the Ideal You Weight Loss Center since August and am down 32 pounds, At the Sheridan Drive location in Tonawanda, NY I am fortunate to have coach Linda who has a sense of humor, and an encouraging coaching style, while holding me accountable.
