Resident from 2021-2024. Location is great, as there are plenty of restaurants closeby, not too close to the UW campus but close enough. Management was very helpful and accommodating with the initial move-in process. Management was very quick to fix and address issues when amenities broke down. The Ideal Apartments are the best!! Not only has management been responsive, flexible, and helpful, but the quality of the apartments/appliances are fantastic! Among the best apartments I’ve lived in (and there’s been many!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place.

Mangement at the ideal has been very helpful. When we moved in, and a new carpet was needed, they used a low voc carpet since we were worried about fumes. When there was a leak in our apartment, they used no-voc materials to fix the wall. They've also been very helpful about any issues we have with appliances, replacing them when necessary. They are responsive and professional.
Was a great place to live until property management switched over unfortunately! The new community manager gets inappropriately involved in private and personal resident affairs, treats residents with incredible bias and sarcasm, and is completely unhelpful in times of need. Additionally, community manager will only communicate with one member of your lease, including for confirmation to enter bedrooms (of residents who were not aware) and will also share private matters with other members of the lease by copying them on ema... read more
