Absolute waste of time and money. ******* ******* with Icon was extremely difficult to communicate with. He refused to communicate in the preferred method (email) and include all parties involved as I requested. He was paid close to $9k for us to take the initial settlement offer. He did not resist the insurance companys $7k tarp that was charged to us to cover a 3x3 hole that had already been covered by me. He did not fight for tree removal company to further complete their service that cost us an additional $8k to remove. ... read more
If you need someone to represent your behalf when dealing with insurance companies, I highly recommend the Icon Group. ******* and Yume did a great job getting me a fair settlement on my claim. ********* knowledge of the claims process and how to best negotiate with insurance companies is phenomenal. The fee structure is very fair. I will work with The Icon Group on all future insurance claims.
I worked with ******* from ICON Group and his service and knowledge were excellent! He went above and beyond to help me with a roof issue as well as a mold problem.
