As of March 2013, the WiFi is complimentary in the rooms with an option for a paid "Business Class" or something like that. Be warned - the complimentary service is tragically slow.
Great service as expected from Marriott, but the hotel itself is outdated. You'd think that a big resort like this would have been first in line for a remodel, but no such luck.
Really nice people. If you want to eat less expensive for breakfast go to the second floor and grab a breakfast burrito at the coffee counter for $5.
Some of the best customer service you will find at ANY hotel ANYWHERE. Great job Marriott!
Good concierge with good recs. Pretty good burger in the Avalanche Pub. Better than your usual hotel burger.
Average service - crazy expensive breakfast. No coffee in the AM for early bird risers on EST - they rudely make you wait will their Starbucks opens at 6:30
Colorado Airport Transportation TIP: Marriot on Lionshead Circle entrance is further down on your left. no where near the corner.
Great concierge and bell staff, and great rooms. Housekeeping not the best.
Great front of the house staff, but not so much with the housekeeping staff... They kind of suck (toilet paper is a necessity, so restock it).
