Stay here every year. S’mores over the fire after lifts close!

Great afternoon ambiance apres ski (outdoor fireplaces and s'mores, hot chocolate and more)
Nice family crowds...small rooms.
The hotel is average and the staff are not attentive to the guests. It has the worst concierge service for a resort, we even tipped the concierge to assist us with restaurant and she did nothing.
If your room is a bit far from the main elevators, there is a second set. It drops off on the first floor right behind Charter Sports

Make sure you use the humidifier in the room as soon as you check in. Very nice hotel. Great ski rental staff. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
