great pediatrician Dr. Fanslelau is an AMAZING doctor! I would say that all the previous reviews are her lacking bedside manner are false! She was recommended to me by my OBGYN when I was pregnant with my first son. Her office is far from our house and we were going to switch doctors after his initial visit, since we hadn't chosen a pediatrician before his birth. M.M. I would just like to say that all these people who wrote bad reviews about Dr. Fanselau are wrong ! She is an amazing pediatrician. She is caring ,knowledgeable and very friendly . She has been both my kids pedestrians for the past 9 years . My kids love her and so do I . She is the best !
worse awful, arrogant, inconsiderate. I can't understand how someone that works in this field can lack empathy and care. She was incredibly rude. Needs to be taught a class on bedside manners because she sure missed it in medical school. What goes around comes around and I know someday when she seeks the help of others someone teaches a lesson.
Good physician but doesn't really care Dr Fanselau has been our primary pediatrician since our children were born. We have three children ages 4 ,3 and 10 months old. First, the Arcadia office is NOT nice at all. It seems dirty and has a very "worn" appearance. There are few toys if any to play with and the staff are not friendly at all. It was MUCH better in the Pasadena office.
Impressed with Dr. Fanselau Anne Marie Md Dr. Fanselau saw my 8 mo. old daughter when our primary pediatrician was out of the office. Dr. Fanselau quickly identified my daughter's ear infection and explained how to treat it and care for her. I was quite pleased with Dr. Fanselau's professionalism, knowledge, and personality. She was very friendly and took a few moments to let my daughter see her so she felt comfortable and at ease with her. I wouldn't mind having her as our primary pediatrician.
Fanselau Anne Marie Md - Huntington Medical unsatisfied with service. did not want to help in a "walk in" situation. my child was ill. and she rushed through our session. leaving no time or concerned for my child.
Attentive and growing We have been going to Dr. Fanselau's practice for about 2 years and it is growing quite a bit. But we can usually get in with a sudden illness relatively quickly and the staff are all very nice and attentive. The practice has many doctors, we have been asked to see other doctors in the practice if Dr. Fanselau was ill or we had to come in suddenly - that is a definite advantage. But getting camp forms signed took over a week - it gets put to the bottom of the pile.
Friendly Office/Good Doctor I took my son in to see Dr. Fanselau urgently as a new patient due to ear pain. When I called, I initially left a message and thought I would have to wait ages to hear back. On the contrary, a very professional nurse called me almost immediately. Rude Staff, Nasty Office We had seen Dr Fanselau while she was in the Pasadena office. She seemed professional and capable. Although she was never overly friendly, but professional at all times. She changed offices over to the Arcadia office and my beef is not so much with her, but the office. I found them very unfriendly, we had to wait 50 minutes after our appointment time.
