disappointed Overall we are disappointed with the practice, even with Dr.'s that saw our children when Dr. Fanselau was not available. Dr. Fanselau ultimately refused to treat my son. We found her to behavior unprofessional.
Fanselau Anne Marie Md - Huntington Medical unsatisfied with service. did not want to help in a "walk in" situation. my child was ill. and she rushed through our session. leaving no time or concerned for my child.
Great Doc, Great Practice Dr. Fanselau was my daughter's pediatrician since birth. I always found her to be thoughtful, thorough, and gentle. The other pediatricians in the office are also quick to help out and double check things if there is ever a question. Someone can always be reached after hours, and I never had a problem getting last minute appointments when necessary. We need more Dr. Fanselaus I have had Dr. Fanselau find things that other doctors have missed even after I have told them that my daughter has certain issues. Once her elbow popped out of joint, nursemaid's elbow, and I told the doctors at our emergency and they missed it. For 22 hours my 3 year old was in pain when it wasn't necessary. This is a regular thing for my daughter. Another time 3 doctors missed the fact my daughter had severe eczema. Poor Service and Unsatisfactory Care We have been extremely disappointed with our experience with Dr. Fanselau. We quite frankly have been surprised by this, as the Legault pediatric practice had been highly referred to us by many. Over the course of a year, we had some serious health issues with our son that has required a specialist, since we have an HMO, everything goes through Dr. Fanselau, so she has been fully aware of what has been going on since day one. Rude Staff, Nasty Office We had seen Dr Fanselau while she was in the Pasadena office. She seemed professional and capable. Although she was never overly friendly, but professional at all times. She changed offices over to the Arcadia office and my beef is not so much with her, but the office. I found them very unfriendly, we had to wait 50 minutes after our appointment time. Tom F. Dr. Fanselau is outstanding. On a Saturday afternoon, over a Thanksgiving Day weekend, she made a house call at approximately 6:00 p.m. to examine my then one year-old son who was experiencing labored breathing. When efforts to manage his breathing problems appeared inadequate, she admitted him to the hospital. His condition improved, but he was ultimately diagnosed with asthma. Dr. Fanselau exceeds expectations! I would recommend Dr. Fanselau without hesitation! She is attentive, thoughtful, thorough with excellent bedside manner. My 3 year old daughter loves her, and often pretends to be Dr. Fanselau in her play. I have recommended her to friends and family - and all have been similarly satisfied! Impressed with Dr. Fanselau Anne Marie Md Dr. Fanselau saw my 8 mo. old daughter when our primary pediatrician was out of the office. Dr. Fanselau quickly identified my daughter's ear infection and explained how to treat it and care for her. I was quite pleased with Dr. Fanselau's professionalism, knowledge, and personality. She was very friendly and took a few moments to let my daughter see her so she felt comfortable and at ease with her. I wouldn't mind having her as our primary pediatrician.
