Beware/NO Stars I rented an apartment there for 2 years. It was the worst I mean the worst rental experience I had ever had in life and I've been on my own for the last 30 years. First the apartment was full of problems such as plumbing, shootings, heavy police presence regularly and the worst thing ever is the MICE infestation that was taken lightly. Don’t just don’t! The place is trashed by a lot of people who live here. The kids have destroyed the park that was put in and many of the lights have been out for months. When you report these things to try and be a good tenant you are blown off. People sit in the barbecue area smoking pot. I’ve been woken up many times by people firing guns up in the air. It takes forever to get things repaired properly. So unless you have no other choice just avoid!!!
DON'T MOVE HERE This place only care about the money they don't fix anything it's roaches and fleas in the apartments because everybody have dogs in here and they let their dog run loose barking running and crapping all over the place and I'm tired of the dogs running behind my kids when they walking to and from the bus stop. They changes mangers very often I haven't been here 6mons yet and my apartment flooded out 4 times now...Most of all a man was killed in here and a woman was car jacked too I'm ready to move!!!
ok I would like to say my apartments is ok it's quiet and it was something quick to move in to. The apartments do what they can to attend to everyone. They might not be the best but I give them an ''A'' for effort.
nice people it looks nice and we are ready to move in nice people explained everything to you and just love it
Pretty, nice quiet place to live In the past year we have lived here the management has changed along with the name of the complex, they have added "doggie doo" stations which is a plus but getting the other residents to clean up after their dogs or even leash them is a totally different story. New management seems to be ok, complex overall is usually pretty quiet.
