wouldn’t recommend. The management is trash, they ignore you. They don’t do anything, plus they get new management every month literally. I’ve been here since last October & I’ve been complaining abt the same things & it has yet to be fixed. There’s roaches , rats , spiders & raccoons everywhere. They tow your car for no reason. Maintenance will say they fixed everything but nothing will get fixed literally. They wanna go up on rent randomly but won’t fix anything that needs to be fixed. HUNTINGTON APTS If you are looking for an apartment to rent please go in and see Nileda. She is the absolute best. The whole staff is so wonderful and nice.

New Management!!! Thank God for the new management! The property has been cleaned up and maintenance is actually taking care of unresolved issues.
MAINTENANCE SUCKS You need to call and go to the office to make a work order 10 times before they actually come and fix the apartment issue! Asked for a new appliance and they gave me one full of roaches! Disgusting just find somewhere else not worth the hassle in moving this is a Downgrade!
Roach City Don’t move here unless you like roaches in your fridge/freezer, closet, crawling on your face at night. I’m not exaggerating. Look past this place, please.

Warning I have been living here for 4 months now and the ENTIRE time I have been a resident my refrigerator is not working. I have spoken to several staff members and made 3 at least maintenance requests however the problem continues. To make matters worse I have had to eat out and consistently loose money without even being offered reimbursement. I called IB3 management and was basically given the same run around and the problem persist. I would not advise living here if you want all working appliances.
