Went and had my hair "curled" for a wedding. Needless to say it wasn't curled it was flat. Ive also bought a hair straightener from them and ended up exchanging it 3 times as they wouldn't keep tempature of 450. Finally after speaking with the owner for a hour and a half I was refunded. However the interaction was not professional at all.
I had my bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law booked in for updos for my wedding this past weekend. Unfortunately, I don’t have names of all the stylists but only 2/6 hair turned out decently. The stylist that did my one bridesmaids hair, complained the entire time about how early it was(9am), she’s not usually here this early, complaining about how hard it was to do the hair. Their stylist Tammi gave me a haircut and did amazing highlights for me. I have thick and long curly hair and she handled everything perfectly. Very happy with my results, and for a great price! Definitely recommend:)

My husband got a haircut on Friday. He's haircut is so bad. We have Christmas party to go today. I'm so embarrassed of the haircut. I am just confused why the owner Let the customer walking away with a haircut like this....
