Over priced food and drinks at this location. Lemonade is literal yellow water. And the blended spice cookie chai i got today was literally caramel and ice. But yet somehow still tasted like old milky water. Wth guys.
Cassy (supposed manager) was SUPER rude on my visit last week. Saw her yelling at employees while I was waiting for my drink when she could have been helping with other orders. When my order was taken the barista was very friendly and the drink was correct but when Cassy was working the window she was curt and very impolite.
I enjoy Human Bean's HOT CHOCOLATE FROZEN, but when I got one today at this location, I was disappointed. The drink had no chocolate flavor; it was simply ice. As a result, I gave it only 2 stars
I used to really like the Human Bean, but this place is so extremely inconsistent. Paid over $30 for two iced coffees and food items this morning. The burrito was frozen in the center, but the sandwich was so overcooked that it had hardened to the consistency of a rock. Coffees were fine, but absolutely not worth the price. Additionally, what happened to the menu? And why aren’t you allowed to stop and look at any of the items before ordering now?
