I went to get myself a drink the other day. When I went to pay I expected the barista to hand me the card reader so I can sign and give a tip. That didn’t happen. The barista decided not to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead she tipped herself $7 on top of was I was paying for the drink. I don’t think it’s right that I can’t decided how much of a tip I want to leave. Isn’t there courtesy of asking instead of just taking? Not going back there.
I love the coffee! it would be nice if the staff didn't talk for 30 minutes to every car some of us like the drive thru for its convenience and Not waiting forever
