I genuinely don’t know how they don’t have a perfect five stars. They’re the kindest and most patient customer service I’ve ever experienced! I have anxiety and have a hard time ordering (I try to order ahead most places) but I just moved here and every time (which has become a regular thing now) I’ve visited the person at the window is so reassuring and helpful! I went to get myself a drink the other day. When I went to pay I expected the barista to hand me the card reader so I can sign and give a tip. That didn’t happen. The barista decided not to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead she tipped herself $7 on top of was I was paying for the drink. I don’t think it’s right that I can’t decided how much of a tip I want to leave. Isn’t there courtesy of asking instead of just taking? Not going back there.
