You could improve your residents relations. My son lost his job due to the pandemic and it has taken forever to get his unemployment. We have sent what we could every week and y'all charge 6.95$ for convenience fee on top of 35$ late fee then 10$ a day. Really?? How in the world do you expect anyone to get current and stay current? I'm disappointed in the help you have given and I will not recommend your establishment.
RecommendedThe Hudson is so great. Maintenance fixes anything wrong with the units so quickly. The staff is super friendly. It’s quiet and provides fast WiFi for online classes.
I love how quiet it is and how close to campus I am. I can get a few extra minutes of sleep and not have to worry about being late for class !
The Hudson is the best student living complex here in Statesboro! The customer service is amazing and they really ensure that they appeal to the needs of each resident. The property is beautiful and the only pool that has the GSU logo at the bottom! They have plenty of giveaways and fun events for residents as well! You will not regret staying here!
This is a very nice space. The office has always been very responsive and they maintain great amenities. I have really enjoyed living here and I would recommend and would live here again! If you're looking for a place to live, look no further.
I have loved living at The Hudson! My apartment is spacious for me and my roommate! The amenities are awesome! Especially the pool! The office staff is always very helpful! We have loved it here and will be living here again next year!
