They will tell you one thing then not do it. Been here only for a month and ready to move out. UPDATE: During our move out period they added fees that did not make sense. The rooms were left better than what we received. I have tried to talk to the guy in charge of all of this, and haven't heard back in over a month. I would not live here again and tell people to stay away from here. I was a previous resident here and do not miss it one bit
Worst complex in the Boro. They promise residents one thing, then change their mind, and when you move out get ready for move out fees that are more than your rent.
Same as most reviews lately, ridiculous move out charges. Charged for touch up paint and cleaning. In the lease it states we are not liable for regular wear and tear. I would like to see their definition for that when we had an unused room that was still being charged for paint and cleaning. Very slow to respond for inquiries once you already live there.
Parents do not let your child move in to this complex! My daughter's apartment was broken into last year & when she told the college aged staff they said, "sorry those things happen".
We are very pleased with the choice our daughters made to stay here. The staff are very friendly and the maintenance guys are exceptionally nice.
