This was the best customer service and Christmas brunch I ever experience.
The Christmas decorations were outstanding, the Christmas Buffet was wonderful and the wait staff were outstanding. BUT BUT it all went wrong when I got my bill and saw the tip been taxed what a scam.The first manager that came over was courtesy and tried to help but the second manager was rude and abrupt. Ruined a great day. I will be calling the State on Tuesday.
Beautiful Place with an attentive staff. My company held our Christmas Luncheon here and it was perfect.
The club staff are more like friends and family. I look forward to working out at the Houstonian everytime I go.
