Made a reservation at the hotel before Christmas just as we do every year so that we can enjoy a day at the spa and spend some time in Houston. Almost a month out, tried to make reservations at the spa for a package for both my wife and myself. Was told that there was no availability even though we were guests at the hotel. I work out at the gym most days with my partner. We love it, the facilities make it so very inviting to work out, it makes that tough task of getting fit much easier!! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Love it!!
