Casey gave me the perfect haircut, and I’m absolutely in love with it! She did an amazing job, and is so professional. I highly recommend her.

I was new in Mission Viejo , so I thought I will try the house Salon . Fay charged me $600 with extra fees because its credit card and I was forced to pay %15 as the tip. I left in a complete shock . I found a nearby Vietnamese Salon, believe me the lady charged me $135 only for the same service and did much better job . I will never forget that bad experience with the house Salon .
I refrained from writing a negative review immediately because I wanted to fairly assess the results over a few weeks. Unfortunately, I am left completely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I received from Mehrnoush at The House Salon. I have had keratin treatments done before, and the results were significantly better, smooth, shiny, frizz-free hair that lasted. Called to get pricing on a normal 2 hr 20 min process was told it would take 5 hrs at $120 an hr lol! So while my hair is processing being charged along with blow dry time! Insanity look elsewhere. Who in their right mind would pay $600 for root color and partial highlights.
