I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! – One of my co-workers had the cutest pair of glasses and when I asked her about them, she recommended I go to the Hour Glass. I am so glad she did! This place had thousands of pairs of glasses - literally! The entire staff was friendly and gave me their honest opinions to help me narrow down the ones I had picked out. I will never go anywhere else!
Great service and huge selection! – I was skimming over places to get a new set of sunglasses and this place kept popping up on the top of search engines and had some good reviews and two bad ones. It seems though the two bad ones where from the same person. The person said "other reviews complained of broken frames" but the only other one was posted on the same day. Broken Frames – The hour glass is now making their customers sign a release saying that the hour glass will not return your money if they break your frames while working on them or adding new lenses when the frames were purchased elsewhere. The hour glass will not compensate you for the damage they did to your frames, and will still charge you for putting the lenses in your now useless frames after they break them.
