A big shout out to The Hour Glass! When talking to their sales girl the manager wandered over, heard how another local optometrist and staff had treated me when they incorrectly prescribed and made a new unusable pair of glasses ($$$$). He leaned in and simply said "take care of her". They were happy to make new lens at no charge for MY frames on the spot. My lens aren't inexpensive and because he was so generous I bought new frames from them. Amazing to me how one business could be so generous and the other so greedy....The... read more
