I stayed here early in the year all the way from Australia . On arrival it was late when we got to this Hotel and their was 2 staff on that could see we were having a hard time with the door and they just watched and never helped. On my stay it was so cold they wouldn't put the heating up at all . Plus staff were not helpful at all with ideas on how to get around and places to visit . I would never stay here again and I will tell others about my stay here .
Really nice hotel, very kind people! The view from our room was not the nicest but that was not very important :)

Schönes und sauberes Hotel in optimaler Lage.
Cannot recommend enough. The staff is very courteous, the location is great-in midtown just a few blocks from subway and two blocks to the Empire State Building, the place is filled with character, and the triple rooms are huge by New York standards. Thank you, Hotel Wolcott, for a wonderful stay!
