Wir waren gerade fuer 5 Nächte im Hotel Wolcott und fanden es super.Die Lage im Herzen von Manhatten ist einfach genial,das Zimmer einfach aber sauber, unser Doppelbett war gross und bequem und ich hatte zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.Die leckeren Muffins vermisse ich sehr.Fuer einen Trip nach New York kann ich das Hotel Wolcott sehr empfehlen
Sitting here waiting to check out and really wish I didn't have to leave. This is a fantastic hotel hidden away in the heart of Manhattan. The rooms are lovely and so are the staff. The added bonus of free coffee and muffins from 6am. The interior has to be seen to be believed. Photographs do not do it any justice. Anyone visiting New York on a budget look no further than here. Great location in a wonderful older hotel. The room was quite large, very comfortable, and spotless. Friendly and helpful Front Desk staff.
We had a Jr. Suite and it was fabulous. The staff was always helpful...in fact the requests I had made on line were all granted, including a quiet room, (we never heard a peep from another room or a honking car the whole time we were there!)location was spot on and the refrigerator was being delivered as we checked in! We wanted a real New York experience and the Wolcott delivered. The lobby is beautiful, as they have maintained the 100 yr. old charm. Bra beläget hotell direkt intill 5:e Avenyn och nära till Penn Station. Bra o trevlig service. Egenartad fukost bestående av muffins o kaffe i foajén. Rumspriserna starkt säsongsberoende, men ger "good value for the money".
