The rooms in the out building do not have security/ secondary latches on the doors. There is just the electronic lock. I called and asked to switch rooms but they didn't have any other rooms. I did not feel safe so I checked right back out. I asked for a refund and they said they might be able to do a partial one but not a full one. I left anyway. I would not call this a boutique hotel. Hotel Saratoga sits just out side town, very nice place.
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was open. Rates reasonable.
Great location closed to the park and walk to the jazz festival. Biking around, we loved it !
