We traveled there in support of research that AU was doing for us and the employees here were extremely accommodating. Room was very updated and clean, will definately stay there again if we need to come back.

Outstanding Customer Service, Great Location and Great Food! We stayed at the hotel this past week and the entire staff made us feel like we were at home, very attentive to our needs and treated us like we were the only guest although the hotel was completely booked. The rooms are nice & clean, comfortable beds & linens. Situated in a quaint area of Auburn with lots of things to do within walking distance. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely be back! Beautiful hotel!

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and the hotel had an amazing smell all throughout. They are dog friendly and I especially love that they made exceptions during Hurricane Irma and allowed evacuees to bring their pets, including cats, birds, and even guinea pigs. This hotel was booked by a relative and we had no idea what we were getting into. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. If we ever visit this charming town again, we will definitely be staying here.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's the most convenient hotel in Auburn and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the plains. I've enjoyed it each time I have stayed there.

Was very convenient location for time in Auburn, daughter was attending Camp War Eagle. Lovely interior. Great atmosphere. Quiet. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Plan to stay again.
