A few months back, we used Hot Water Heater Pros to keep our tankless water heater in tip-top shape. Recently, Metro was working on the water on our street, and it seemed to mess with our water heater. I thought it might need a descaling, but luckily, Steve came by and told us there were no issues. He said the problems could have been caused by air bubbles in the unit. He advised against descaling the unit too much, as it’s not good for its longevity.
