We had a hot water heater installed. From scheduling the service to the installation of the heater, the process was smooth. The Hot Water Heater Pros were very easy to work with and the work they did was excellent.
Chris returned my call promptly, answered my questions and scheduled a visit quickly for first thing the next morning. He arrived promptly on time. Given the age of my existing hot water heater (+15yo) replacement required. He was very patient to walk me through the replacement options and answer my questions to help me choose the best fit solution.
