Our hot water heater blew up after 5P on a Friday. We called The Hot Water Heater Pros since they had installed it 3 yrs ago, & it remained under warranty. They found our records, came by to confirm that repair was not possible, & scheduled the replacement installation for Monday. Cole, the technician arrived early for the appointment, efficiently installed the new tank with care & precision. We had to pay $600 for labor, which I disagree with but paid; you'd have to pay more to start fresh with a new vendor. But out of warr... read more
