Great service, friendly staff. We bought a used tub from The Hot Tub Store six months ago and haven't had any problems at all. We got set up with chemicals with the purchase, it was a whole kit. They really made it easy for us to understand all the chemicals and how to test everything in the water. Thanks to the training we got from the installer, our water stays clear without a lot of effort. When we run out of something, we just call the store and they ship it fast. Installation was reasonable. Thanks guys!
