Having a procedure at Sierra Outpatient this morning. The receptionist doesn’t welcome people, he’s kinda on the b*tchy side. And the lady who registered me (side b) was not better. Why aren’t these people friendly? Isn’t customer service important? Also, why aren’t the computer systems synced amongst the various facilities? One hospital system, sync patient information.Should have gone to Providence Transmountain. 🙄
RecommendedThis was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. The staff is A+. I was having a asthma attack when I came in and they immediately started working on me everyone was professional, caring, attentive and fun. I would recommend this hospital to everyone if I lived in this area. I was here visiting my daughter and her family, she is stationed at Ft Bliss. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!!
I don’t ask for much. I go. Ask about the status about my mom, and these nurses have this funk about them like their shit don’t stink. Two of them left my mom slumped over the bed. They left her in this position. They didn’t do anything until they saw us trying to properly adjuster her. I know she’s anesthetized, but god damn have some dignity in your work.
Absolutely wonderful nursing staff, terrible communication between physicians, and between physicians and staff.

It is the best hospital here in El Paso, Texas. They have taken care of me right away. Very appreciate it for there attention. God blessed all the staff and there families. Great hospital. Thank you for you attention and concern of my health.
By far the best care I've gotten in a long time... Nurses are always on top of everything as far as my health is concerned. Very blunt and straightforward in the best ways possible... Each nurse/Dr that walks in makrs sure i have everything i need...even the main person of the hospital has come in to check up on me and make sure his staff are doing there job n im well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff here at sierra campus on the 3rd floor for taking good care of me�
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a hospital . My husband recently had surgery there and the team forgot I was in the waiting room . His surgery took 3 hours but I sat there waiting for almost 9 . I had to go ask what was taking so long and was told he had been out for quite some time . My husband had a tube down his throat and was sedated or he would have told them I was there . Just can’t believe this stuff really happens .
