Great staff and nice rooms
I took my son for a sonogram, he is complaining of abdominal pain, He is fasting, they told me the results will be ready in 2 hours; ITS ALREADY 4 DAYS!!! they just say: the results are not ready. definitely not a kids hospital, they dont care.
We highly recommend the Inpatient rehab. Dr Porras, Gabriel and Edna run a beautiful department. Positive atmosphere Stephen and Matthew are such great therapists. Roy her nurse is becoming her bff. Jessica her night tech has helped her so much. Cecilia Twa has been so professional and kind. Connie Uribe Naudin
The best experience I’ve had with any medical ANYTHING. The first triage nurse in the front was very rude and barely spoke English but once i was put back in a room, every other person was amazing, took time to explain things, listened to everything i was saying and every nurse was so patient with me. Not to mention they got me healthy again. Very quickly too. Will always recommend this ER/ hospital in general!
Almost a year ago I delivered my first child at the Sierra Campus. the L&D nurses were so wonderful. They answered all my questions and made my first delivery feel so calm.
I won't recommend you anymore because I was under a payment plan for 6 months due on December. Your billing department sent me to a collection agency. This department didn't know I was under a payment plan. Your billing department is horrible and unprofessional. When I called I couldn't speak with a supervisor. Horrible customer service. Even when I was making payments. My plan was due on December and you sent me to a collection agency!!! Unbelievable!. You lost a customer for sure.
