Recommended5 years I’ve spent in and out of the hospital and on the second floor, and let me just tell you that I never feel disappointed or upset! The staff on this floor is so amazing and so very sweet! Thank you to all the CNA’s and nurses for always taking such great care of me and my family of course! I love having nurses that genuinely care for there patients and that to the this is more than a job to nurses and staff on the second floor! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK🥰
Really need to work on your customer service. Everyone seems bothered when my dying mom of cancer presses her button and asks for water. Been waiting over 2 hours for some water. This place sucks! Take pride in your job Arianna. Learn how to say thank you or sorry! Swallow your pride for a patient dying of cancer. I dont know what we did to piss you off but my mother doesn't deserve this type of service. 2 hours for get a bed 30 minutes and still waiting for the doctor to see me. I’m in pain. I would rather be at home than here. -5
