I have a loved one in ICU with COVID. We can't visit and we can't get updates. I understand, they are busy, but you would think they would attempt to accommodate family members by having someone provide patient updates. it's definitely worse on weekends and holidays. 5 minutes, is this that impossible to do?? Or they just don't care. Well the reviews say it all!!
In my opinion this hospital has absolutely zero concern about newborn health. My daughter was born with several holes in her heart and it took the physician all day to even read the results and then he didn’t even bother to come to speak with us he just told the nurse to send us home and that everything was “normal” it wasn’t until we requested her medical records that we were informed. Arrived at 7:26 am to registration. Patient Rep did not even say good morning. Signed Registration paperwork no where to be found. We were told to be here at 8:00 am. Still waiting at the surgery registration. No one around. 8:14 am. Semana that communication and processes need a review.

Todos los centros de atención a la salud, tienen deficiencias minimas. es muy normal. Providencia como hospital las tiene yesto no impide que sea un muy buen Hospital.

worst hospital ever... i just called to see if i could register with a copy of my i.d since i lost my i.d and im 37 weeks pregnant... a lady passes the phone to another wgo passes it to another wich asks how can she gelp me and as soon as i say i need to register for labor passes me to a dude who answers with even bad words that they need the i.d. they used to be a really good hospital with great nurses and staff but im seriously thinking about delivering somewhere else... to bad my Dr. who is a great doctor dont deliver som... read more
