Normally I have no problems. Yesterday I had xrays followed by an orthopedic appointment. New system or something prevented the doctor from viewing my xrays. He based his diagnosis from the radiologist report. Hope I get a discount on that appointment!!!
ICU should have let family know before entering a room to put a gown on not after entering a room otherwise the care was good for my father in law.
There taking well good care of my dad as I can see and when I call for information they talk to me without no hesitation and let me know what's going on ..we will see how it goes in the days ahead so far its been okay.
Staff in physical Therapy are very friendly When you walk in the women at front desk always smile and say good morning
By far the best care ever! From the minute we were greeted to the minute we left. I couldn't be more thankful for the care my husband received. The nurses were great! Dr. Shah is wonderful and the entire Cath lab did a great job! Kudos to the entire team! The level of care goes unnoticed. Thank you all!
very rude and unprofessional wanna be staff. they need to retrain the insurance information takers that argue with patients or deport them all back to Poland. I will never step foot in that prejudice hospital ever again. Ever since Hartford wanna be Healthcare took it over HOCC has went to the shit hole.
