I spoke to Ed over the phone about the issue my car was having. He was very open with his schedule for when I was able to bring the car by for him to try to fix it. I fully expected to be without my car for 3-5 days but Ed called me the day after I dropped it off and said my car was fixed already! Ed was very nice and very knowledgeable about my vehicle, he also has very fair pricing. I will be sure to return to Ed if I have any more issues from my Honda CRV in the future!

Brought my Acura to Ed for timing belt replacement (timing belt, serpentine belt, water pump, coolant) and transmission service. He did an excellent job and even saved the old parts so I could take a look at their condition to see how close to danger I was/was not. His pricing is fair and his work appears to be thorough, including a nice pressure wash of the engine which is was overdue for.

We own a 2017 Honda Accord that has been serviced at the dealer per the maintenance schedule. The dealer has been nothing short of awful! Their customer service has lacked, pricing has continued to rise while the quality dropped. We found The Honda & Acura Specialist through a Google search looking to replace the dealer. Ed, the owner of the business was a pleasure to work with. He is highly experienced and very skilled with Honda and Acura vehicles. I thought my Acura RDX was headed to the junkyard, but Ed was able to repair all the issues at a very reasonable price. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I have driven Acura's for 25 years and I only regret that I didnt find him years ago. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Mr. Ed changed my engine oil, CVT transmission fluid, and brake fluid on my 2020 Honda Fit. Fast, professional, and honest. The car runs great, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
