We own a 2017 Honda Accord that has been serviced at the dealer per the maintenance schedule. The dealer has been nothing short of awful! Their customer service has lacked, pricing has continued to rise while the quality dropped. We found The Honda & Acura Specialist through a Google search looking to replace the dealer. Ed did an awesome job assessing the problems with our Acura. He went above and beyond looking for some way to fix the car. He was very thorough, kept us completely in the loop and when he finally pronounced her as terminal, he charged way less than we thought he should. Would 100% totally recommend him!
