I spoke to Ed over the phone about the issue my car was having. He was very open with his schedule for when I was able to bring the car by for him to try to fix it. I fully expected to be without my car for 3-5 days but Ed called me the day after I dropped it off and said my car was fixed already! Ed was very nice and very knowledgeable about my vehicle, he also has very fair pricing. I will be sure to return to Ed if I have any more issues from my Honda CRV in the future!
We own a 2017 Honda Accord that has been serviced at the dealer per the maintenance schedule. The dealer has been nothing short of awful! I’ve had a few services done at The Honda Acura Specialist, and every experience has been excellent. Ed is knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly thorough. When the dealership wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for a leak, Ed found the issue within minutes, took the time to show me underneath the car, and clearly explained exactly where it was coming from. I bought a 2023 Integra with 25k miles on it and there were some issues. Ed looked at it, recommended a few services and did some troubleshooting. Now it runs great.
Ed was honest, communicative, and fixed my immediate issues. Pricing is fair and overall a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for principled work, good customer service, and a good mechanic!
