We own a 2017 Honda Accord that has been serviced at the dealer per the maintenance schedule. The dealer has been nothing short of awful! Their customer service has lacked, pricing has continued to rise while the quality dropped. We found The Honda & Acura Specialist through a Google search looking to replace the dealer. I’ve had a few services done at The Honda Acura Specialist, and every experience has been excellent. Ed is knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly thorough. When the dealership wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for a leak, Ed found the issue within minutes, took the time to show me underneath the car, and clearly explained exactly where it was coming from. Ed did a great job fixing my Acura MDX. Honest and trustworthy! I highly recommend you to bring your car and let Ed fix it for you. I wish we would have found him earlier. It would have saved me alot of money.
