Mary Kay and Chet are top notch! Their home is beautiful and they opened it up to us for our special day. Offering help and suggesting ideas along the way helped to ease my mind. It was everything I hoped it would be! Romantic, elegant and making us feel like part of their family! This is a fabulous venue for any event. We hosted my niece' wedding shower here and Mary Kay and Chet are exemplary hosts! In addition to the hospitality, the house is a sight that must be seen. The hand painted walls and original woodwork make this an elegant, comfortable setting .

While I wasn't able to go with The Homestead as my venue, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The house and grounds are gorgeous and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I am hoping to go to one of the many events they hold during the year!

I had an incredible experience on the long live summer yoga and light adventure retreat. Everything was relaxed, beautiful, and well organized. The owner Mary Kay had such a welcoming and accepting way about her, and the yoga instructor Natalie was so patient and informative. The grounds were beautiful, the horseback riding was very enjoyable, lunch, wine, and cheese tasting was delicious, and the people in the group made the whole day even more special. This venue was spectacular and more than we could have ever hoped for. The service and planning from start to finish was amazing. All of the spaces were a designers treat to stay in and visit. Our pictures have the most luxurious backgrounds. The artwork, and floors, the bedding, lighting, etc. was well appointed. Our guests were treated with kindness and the food was excellent!
