Great company, highly recommend.
it’s between 0-1 stars! 1 star because they are quick to respond to maintenance issues however they rob their tenants out of money every chance they get! for every repair done the tenant is responsible to pay a portion no matter if you caused it or not! plus they add an admin fee for every charge placed on your account including the utility charges. property managers and front desk very very rude! the owner of this company stands up for his rude employees so don’t waste your time going to him. they took over my lease and i j... read more
Absolute worst. Horrible attitude everytime from the miserable lady on the phone. House has issue over issue. Let’s see how long it takes for this issue I’m having to be fixed. Will attach photos tomorrow if not contacted by whoever opens the maintenance forms.
I am currently a tenant here & my experience so far is just OKAY, I gave a 3 because although I’m with them, the communication could be better! However, they really do have nice homes and they are quick to fix any issues you may have with it, I’ll give them that. I really want to thank Jenna Benson for how she worked with me and my children during this winter and the chaos that came with it.
