If I could put no stars, I would. This company took over my lease halfway through it last year. Despite my having moved into a filthy, unpainted house, and completely cleaning it and removing objects personally, leaving it in much better condition than I found it, they wanted to refuse giving my deposit back. On top of that, they tried to charge me an extra $3,500 for painting the house, after I spackled and was explicitly told I could ignore the paint job. As for me personally everything seemed legit. I was told that I was approved for a property. Received an email detailing the next steps and the process. Forwarded the email to My housing agency, and they wanted me to clarify a few things about the lease agreement before I moved forward with a partial deposit, and I never heard back from the leasing agent regarding the property. I seen a house on a Friday , was approved later that night. Patti was amazing, so helpful, and genuinely cared, she deserves the best of best. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if Patti is your realtor.
