I rented a house under this property management company for three years. The experience with them for the most part was fine, until I found out the house I was renting was completely left unfinished underneath, and someone just plopped a porch over the open part to hide the problem. I wouldn’t recommend working with this property management company. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for nearly a month, leaving voicemails, texts, and following up consistently—only to be met with delayed responses or, more often, no response at all. I have a client who was genuinely excited about the listing at 15785 Pinehurst St., but they’re now ready to move on purely because of the poor communication. A property management company more interested in stealing from its tenants and threatening legal action until you have your own lawyer involved. Stay clear! Had to call the city for an inspection to fix my furnace. A furnace that wouldn't heat my home over 50 degrees... but they claimed that was normal... until the city claimed it wasn't. Crazy slumlords
The lady who answers the phone needs a complete attitude check. Never nice. Makes me not want to ever rent from them again. Hire more people fire her. Her name is SANDRA!!!!!!!
They kept almost $300 of my security deposit to fix an extremely old kitchen faucet that its handle would come off if you lifted too hard. Not a damage to the home done by me, but clearly normal wear and tear when you don’t replace a faucet for 15 years. I left the house in very good condition (pictures shown from my move out to show I’m not just crappy renter complaining), but still get taken advantage of over a faucet that should have been replaced long ago on their own dime as a part of keeping the house semi-up to date.
