I've rented a lot in my life and The Home Store was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Terrible and aggressive communicators (especially Sandy), their systems of collecting bills was extremely confusing, and you could never tell if the overcharges were legit or or if you'd already paid them. I had to reach out several times and most of the times, they were like, "Whoops! our mistake." and deleted the charge. Then at the end of our stay they tried to gouge us of ALL our $3000 deposit.
