What a great group to work with, especially Brian McGovern and Kyle Gerringer who walked me through the mortgage process like true professionals. This was my first mortgage and I wasn't even sure I could get one, but I had a pre-approval letter in hours - on a Saturday to boot! Ryan Kelley and his team are outstanding. In a little under a month we went from a starting handshake to closing on our refi. The customer service we received was second to none.
