Nick Genetti is amazing. Very responsive to emails and calls and coached us the whole way through the process of buying our home. When I felt overwhelmed by documentation, he and Kristen, the processor on our loan, would calmly explain the process and made everything better again. I called them on a whim after seeing the commercials during Blues games and I am so glad I did. Tomorrow we will own our first home!!!! Thank you all so much!!!
