This group goes out of their way to service their customers. I recently closed a loan with Nick Genetti. Due to COVID concerns, I've spent the last 6 weeks at our Tampa residence and travel restrictions put my ability to close on our loan in St. Louis at jeopardy. Nick found us a notary local to Tampa that was willing to come to our house and abide by our distancing requirements to get the paperwork completed. Couldn't have been easier for us to get this deal done.
We had a terrible experience with Jack Pazderka. We applied for a VA loan and was misguided with this loan process. Jack lied multiple times citing the “VA Guidelines”. After researching the “VA Guidelines”, I found out he had no clue what he was talking about. Definitely the “Home Loan Expert - Idiots”!!!!! If you’re looking for a mortgage company that knows the VA guidelines well, contact Quicken Loans.
