Went to the store to speak with the manager and he or she whichever it is. Wouldn't take the time to address my application. Instead they put it off on another person that couldn't effectively discuss the issue with me Porterville california store
I made an online purchase. The item then went out of stock. Because I paid for the item with a combination of a gift card AND my debit card, online customer service is unable to process my refund. I have to go to the store that my order was sent to (NOT my local Home Depot, they can’t process the refund either, I tried). I ordered a blower online and Christmas lights came in instead. I tried to have the correct item shipped and they told me all I could do is return and repurchase. I tried but the items were never picked up and they will only refund once they receive the item. I asked if they would honor the promotion still since I got the wrong item and was told to use their competitors pricing to price match for a better price.
