I’ve been a long term Home Depot customer and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years, so this experience was extremely disappointing. Homedepot deceptively listed false inventory on their website and I ordered those products they don't have, homedepot was unable to fulfill the order; yet instead of being honest about the issue, they attempted to pass off lower-quality substitute products in place of the items I actually ordered. They tried to scam me. I know exactly what I ordered, and I returned the cheap substitutes they sent.
