A washer and dryer were delivered but not installed. My daughter, with her 9-month old, does not have the tools or knowledge to complete the installation herself, thus the installation service. This was indicated in the online order. I have wasted a half day hearing the excuses based on company policy, store procedures, even an explanation on the differences between Home Depot, Home Depot.com and the Home Depot store. Home Depot has the worst online customer service I’ve ever seen. I placed an order online when I receive the confirmation they’ve shipped what I’ve ordered to two different stores. It’s bad enough it’s in two different stores, but one is in Alpharetta and the other store is in Woodstock. When I call customer service, they can’t help me because I used a gift card so they will have to cancel the order. I’ll have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a credit so then I can place an order again. Credit card was fraudulently used at a Home Depot $2224.95. A pro account ordered and picked up item without showing ID or card . It appears either Home Depot complicit scam locally or data leak as this occurred in a state I didn’t live . I have reached out to Home Depot asking for help and details and they say basically to even get a reply I have to get a subpoena ….lol This is their customer service and attitude to customers ? Scary …anyone who has used their credit card at Home Depot should be concerned .
Nothing should take 2 weeks. I get items shipped from half way across the world within a week.
This company does not care about you. Their contract services for delivery are atrocious. I am without a fridge for 9 days and they still aren’t confirming delivery. They canceled three miles from my house. Called and waited hours to confirm they won’t update my delivery and can’t send me anything saying it’s being delivered. I guess I just miss days of work waiting for these guys not to deliver my fridge. I have no hope it will arrive tomorrow.
